With minimal dealer involvement we can, with our partner Progress Automotive Solutions, extract DMS data including current and historical invoice information, in workshop and service booking data.
And it’s all done with virtually no dealer involvement. Once the extract is set up the process is automated and the valuable data feeds the ENCORE database to triggers compelling and timely marketing offers that augment a customer lifetime value.
